Pininfarina reveals new Ferrari Sergio

Designed by the legendary Pininfarina, the 'Sergio' will be limited to only six examples, each sporting the roadster layout. The Sergio, in fact, is a two-seater futuristic, very compact, very sporty and racy concept car.

It is named after the man who led Pininfarina for 40 years and designed some of the greatest car legends. This new amazing concept car is created to celebrate the life of Senator Sergio Pininfarina.

The Ferrari 458 Spider based car was originally revealed in the 2013 Geneva Motor ShowIt will feature the latest version of Ferrari's 597bhp, 4.5-litre V8 engine, which we see in the 458 Speciale and takes the Sergio from 0-62mph in just 3.0 seconds.

The Sergio's bodyshell is also claimed to be stiffer than that of the 458 Spider on which it is based, as well as over 100kg lighter – resulting in an estimated kerb weight of around 1280kg.
